A Quick Guide to Downloading
So you've found a clip you like, and you are now ready to download. Thankfully, the process couldn't be simpler.
There are two types of downloads on the site, Free and Premium.
If you are downloading a Free clip, there is no need to login to your account, so you can download straight away by clicking on the green Free Download button, which is located to the right of the media player. This is highlighted in the below image.
Downloading on desktop (Mac/PC):
Downloading on Mobile:
On mobile devices, such as a smartphone, the download button appears below the media player (see image below).
Note about downloading on iPhone or iPad
If you are downloading on iPhone or iPad, please be aware that older versions of iOS do not support the downloading of these kinds of files. We advise updating to the latest version of iOS where possible. Please read our article on Downloading on iPhone or iPad
If you are download a clip licensed under the Videvo Attribution License, after clicking on the download button a popup may appear, asking you to "Choose a License". This is related to crediting the author of the clip (providing attribution). If you do not wish to give a credit to the author of the clip, you can choose to upgrade your account to a Premium Plan (Videvo Plus or Videvo Pro), which will upgrade the license to Royalty-Free.
