Updating Your Card Details

If the debit/credit card that you used to set up your account needs updating, you can do so from your account area under the section, Billing. 

Here are the steps: 

  1. Log in to your account and go to Billing, under the dropdown menu on your account icon in the top right corner of the website.
  2. On the Billing page, at the top, there is a link labelled "Change card details". Click on this. 
  3. A new window will appear, prompting you to update your card information. Enter your new card information, and click on the button "Update card details".
  4. Once submitted, it might take a few moments to process. If successful, a confirmation message will appear at the top of the page
