Updating Your Card Details
If the debit/credit card that you used to set up your account needs updating, you can do so from your account area under the section, Billing.
Here are the steps:
- Log in to your account and go to Billing, under the dropdown menu on your account icon in the top right corner of the website.
- On the Billing page, at the top, there is a link labelled "Change card details". Click on this.
- A new window will appear, prompting you to update your card information. Enter your new card information, and click on the button "Update card details".
- Once submitted, it might take a few moments to process. If successful, a confirmation message will appear at the top of the page
