Can I use clips from Videvo for commercial purposes?

That depends on the usage restrictions on the clip itself. On the clip download page, there is a section under the download button stating the license of the clip, and any usage restrictions. 

If it states "Use in all projects and media", you can use the clip for commercial purposes. 

If it stated "Editorial Use Only" (in red lettering), you can not use the clip for commercial purposes.
